We’re developing a new type of products because we stand for a better future. We believe that building machines to solve our problems is a thing of the past. Instead, we want to craft products that have true sustainability at their core because we think we can do better than just “less negative of an impact”.
We actually think there is no other way forward and that it will always resonate with our customers. Internal: we want to think deeply about what we do and how we interact with others.
Dialogue, empathy and collaboration should always be at the heart of our work. We’re building an inclusive, diverse group of exceptional individuals where the team is what should matter the most: we count on every individual to have a positive impact on the group.
We’re a no bullshit company. We’re operating in a very complex scientific space, trying to make the impossible inevitable. If we want to get there as quickly as possible, we cannot waste time focusing on the wrong things. Since Day 1, speed of execution has been one of our most valuable assets. Synbio at the pace of software is not possible, but we can learn from that: robust planning, agility and productivity tools are welcome. We work smart, and we get shit done.

Alex works on the microbiome of our plants. He's a hardcore gamer and loves hardcore electro.
Iman is in charge of transforming our plants. He's a plant encyclopedia and a plant sniper.
Hector is in charge of business-related activities. He's a two-time IronMan triathlete and loves entrepreneurship.
Marine is our master of plants. She loves World of Warcraft and owns an amazing gaming station
Shreya works on the look of our plants. She's addicted to Exploding Kittens (the game) and is a fan of Shakira's moves.
Estelle works on the pollutant capture in our plants. She's a techno fan and has more than 100 plants.
Guillaume transforms and takes care of our plants. He is a Daft Punk fan and loves video games.
Chantal makes sure everyone is happy at work. She's a high-level Brazilian zouk dancer and has her skydiving licence.
Laurine manages the Lab and ensures people's safety. She is a Melliferous seed sower and a music quiz expert.
Tristan makes sure that everything runs smoothly in the R&D. He's a Kaamelott hardcore fan and has all the permits to move vertically on Earth but none to move horizontally.
Ikram transforms our plants. She is kind and generous and loves her hamster "Bichbouch" more than anything.
Antoine is our analytical chemistry expert. He loves The Legend of Zelda and martial arts.
